Team Work Works!T20-world cup

What a match!nail biting, thriller. Sherlock holes, Fredrick Forsyth, jeffery archer and everyone in a single day, in 30 minutes time, Twist and turns, see saw.. and many more words. But in the end of the day, it is not only winning all that counts, but the performance as a team. Pakistan also put up a great fight, but that day and this series is a win for Indian teams TEAM WORK. Look at the charge everyone is on, each infusing that to the next guy and it was spread like fire. Dhoni has right said, he has not seen such a dressing room for years. The ups and down of individual was observed by the team and in totality they won, if in one match Yuvraj scored, then in another Gambir scored, but Pathan ,RP,Srisant, Sharma,Utthapa completed equally. At the end of the day, we were not able to associate the win to one guy, but has to give it to the team. That is team work, we should not be able to single out. we can only say the team works and different people may give the credit to different people, this is an indication of the Teams total strength.

Failures should be in curriculum

I have been thinking about writing about failures for quite some time. I am wondering why we were not taught or encouraged to fail in school or college. (Or has it been taught to us indirectly)- No body would recommend there children to fail in any subject and even children are afraid to fail. I remember failing in my classes once I think I got 27 marks in social studies when I was in 4th or 5th standard and I remember a long preparation to disclose this to my parents( right time to deliver so that you will not be thrashed, tough nothing like that happened) This is one of the most important learning we all need in our work or domestic life as we all know we cannot succeed all the time. Thinking back may be we should encourage kids to experiment and fail, that way they will try to venture in new domains. And even if they fail in the subjects, we should teach to cope up rather than admonishing. I also think there may be some statistical evidence that people who have failed in their schools and college may have the courage to take risk and do well in their profession. They have better experience in failing and learning than the person who has scored good marks always. List of personalities who have failed..Edison, Lincoln.. I think we can list all the great people in the top, each would have failed many times. I think that’s what experience is all about, it does not mean an experience person will not fail, but he knows it is inevitable and how to cope with that. Good judgment comes from experience and experience comes from bad judgment.
