Access point For Blogging

A PC cannot be access point for a blog,as this may delay the blogging, as we dont carry them always and also depends upon your connectivity to NET. So the ideal access point can be a mobile phone, as more and moremobile phones comes more features, we can see realtime blogging happening, immdlty when an event happens or a thought appears.
